    New York (NY) - How to Make PTE Payments

    Beginning in 2024, PTET payments is due quarterly for New York. We recommend setting reminders for March 15th, June 15th, September 15th, December 15th

      Steps to Make a Payment

      1. Go to Department of Taxation and Finance Website
      2. Log in to the entity’s Business Online Services account. 
      3. Select the ≡ Services menu in the upper-left corner of the business’ Account Summary homepage. 
      4. Choose PTET web file from the Corporation tax or Partnership tax expanded menu
      5. Then select Pass-through entity tax (PTET) estimated payment.
