1Download Google Authenticator1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) Download for iPhone | Download for Android
2. Search for “Google Authenticator.”
3. Tap Download or Get to install the app. -
2Set Up Google Authenticator1. Open the Google Authenticator app.
2. Tap Get Started.
3. Select “Use Authenticator Without an Account.”
4. Tap “Add a Code.”
5. Select “Scan a QR Code.”
6. Tap Allow when prompted to give the app access to your camera. -
3Begin Rippling Login1. Go to rippling.com on your computer or mobile browser.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. You’ll reach a page that says “Set Up Twilio Authy for Rippling.”
4. Do NOT add Twilio Authy—instead, open Google Authenticator app. -
4Scan the Rippling QR Code1. Use your Google Authenticator app to scan the QR code shown on the Rippling setup page.
2. Once scanned, Rippling will be added to your Google Authenticator app. -
5Enter the Authenticator Code1. In the Google Authenticator app, you’ll now see a 6-digit code under the “Rippling” entry.
2. Return to the Rippling setup screen and enter that 6-digit code.
3. Click Continue or Verify. -
6Save Your Recovery Setup Key1. Rippling will now show you a Recovery Setup Key.
2. Download it and save it in a secure location (e.g., password manager or encrypted file).
