Additionally, a help article that walks you through how to use Rippling’s chat support.
To access the chat support:
Go into your Rippling org.
Click the question mark (?) icon in the upper right-hand corner.
This will open the chat window.
From there, you’ll need to ask at least one or two questions. The chatbot will try to assist you first.
If you’re not getting the help you need, you can request "Speak with a human". At that point, the chat will give you two options:
Connect with a live rep directly in the chat, or
Have the conversation escalated to email (you’ll receive a reply via email).
In either case, if additional help is needed, you can ask the Rippling support rep to escalate to a Zoom call, and they’ll set that up to walk you through your issue live.
